Highland Roofing Company, Inc. has earned a
reputation of providing the highest quality of roofing systems at a
competitive price. Our estimating staff strives to be roofing
experts and not expert sales people. Our first goal is to always
provide you the best, most durable, long lasting roof system
available. Customer needs vary, however. Not every
building owner needs or can justify the expense of the very best
roofing system. We evaluate those needs and take into account
all factors which affect the decision before specifying a roof system
for your building. You will notice this
attention to detail in the roofing
proposal which we present. Highland Roofing Company will
address a number of details which add to the long term performance
of the roof. Some of these details may seem insignificant or
unnecessary. Many of them may not be included by other
contractors. So why include them? Because, any
contractor can may a roof work on the easy parts. Proper
specifying and detail ensure that your entire roof works.
When you consider the extra labor we expend to address all of the
concerns on your roof, it is easy to see that we offer the best
value over the long run.
All this attention to detail, however, does not stop
with the roofing proposal. Highland Roofing's foremen and
supervisors attend to these details as well, keeping you informed and
assuring that the roofing system is installed according to both the
roofing manufacturer's specification and best roofing practices.
Our roofing crews are efficient and productive and are properly
equipped and trained to keep your building in the dry and complete the
project with only minimal disturbance to your operation.
Highland Roofing Company specializes in the
application of built-up roofing, multi-ply modified asphalt systems,
as well as a wide variety of single-ply roofing membrane types.
We are authorized applicators of the following roofing manufacturers:
Johns-Manville, Firestone, Carlisle, Tamko, Asphalt Products,
Cetainteed, Tremco, Performance, Siplast, Koppers, and Allied-Signal.
Approximately 75% of the roofing work we perform on an annual basis
involves the application of flat roofs on commercial and industrial
properties. Most of our flat roofing work consists of reroofing
of existing building structures. Most also involve the tear off
of the existing roofing. We work directly with the building
owners and in conjunction with roofing manufacturers, consultants, and
architects to design and propose roof replacement systems, planned
programs or roof replacement, maintenance programs, problem analysis,
and roof repairs.
Replacement of an existing roof with a new system
that matches the original is not always the wisest choice.
Application of a new roof membrane over the existing roof is not
always the most cost effective solution. Installation of a new
roof membrane without considering the causes of previous roofing
problems only insures yet another roofing failure. Many factors
need to be considered in the design and planning for a new roof
installation. It pays in the long run to deal with a
professional roofing contractor who understands the principles of roof
performance and design criteria and has the experience that only
longevity in the business can provide.
